Victoria Avenue Corridor Plan and Development Code
To achieve the 2005 General Plan design objectives for the Victoria Avenue Corridor area, City staff and design consultant, Freedman, Tung & Bottomley have worked with community members and decision-makers to develop a Corridor Plan and form-based Development Code.
The City and AMEC Earth and Environmental has performed a comprehensive evaluation of the potential impacts for this project in accordance with the State CEQA Guidelines and has determined that there is no substantial evidence the proposed project may have a significant effect on the environment.
A 30-day public review period for the proposed ND will be held from December 24, 2008-January 26, 2009.
