General Information
The City of Ventura provides approximately 31,600 water and sewer connections to over 109,000 people. Bills for residential and commercial customers are mailed every two months and industrial customers are billed monthly.

Our Customer Service staff will work with you to help reduce your water and sewer bill. This includes assistance on how to read your water meter, water audits for home and businesses, and water conservation.
