Narrative:
On the above date and time, Ventura Police officers responded to a robbery that had just occurred at Radio Shack 4756 Telephone Rd.
During the investigation officers learned the clerk was approached by the suspect who displayed a black handgun in his waistband and demanded money. The suspect took an undisclosed amount of cash from the clerk, placed it in a blue bag and fled the area. Responding officers searched the surrounding area but were unable to locate the suspect. Thevictim involved did not sustain any injuries during the robbery.
The investigation into this incident is ongoing.
