Narrative:
On February 6th, 2012 at about 2:03 p.m., the Ventura Police Department’s Command Center received a 911 call from a distressed female victim stating; a male subject was in the women’s restroom at the Ventura Beach parking structure looking at her through the crack in the stall door.
Officers responded to the scene within minutes and located Lennon in the men’s restroom. Officers conducting the investigation found Lennon to be under the influence of a controlled substance.
After being identified by the victim, Lennon was arrested and transported to Ventura County Jail on counts of Disorderly Conduct/Peeping and being under the influence of a controlled substance.
