La Viera project
The City Council held the public hearing for the La Viera proposal on November 30, 2015. The official meeting Minutes have not been posted however an excerpt of the draft minutes is available below.

The following are important timeframes and protocols going forward to the upcoming Planning Commission meeting on October 28, 2015.

October 28, 2015 - Public Hearing date. Every public speaker must fill out a public speaker card and has a maximum of 3 minutes to speak. If the speaker choose to have a spokesperson speak on behafl of your larger group, each member fo the group shall fill out speaker card and note who they are designating their time to. By allowing the spokepeson to speak on their behalf, each group member relinquishes their right to speak on the project. If an interested party is not a member of a group and do not wish to speak at the hearing, he or she may still fill out a comment card with written comment only, indicating if he or she are for or against the project.

Note that due to the advance distribution of the report, some of the above mentioned timeframes have been altered to accommodate this schedule.
