City of Ventura Mobile Home Rent Review
There are 12 privately-owned mobile home parks in the City of Ventura that are subject to the City of Ventura's Mobile Home Rent Stabilization Ordinance. The residents at these spaces pay space rent to the park owners and the City of Ventura regulates increases in space rents that can be charged by the park owners through Ventura's Mobile Home Rent Stabilization Ordinance which is set forth in chapter 6.600 of the City's Municipal Code.

Mobile Home Rent Review Board
The Mobile Home Rent Review Board receives, investigates, holds hearings on and passes upon the issues relating to mobile home park rent stabilization. The Board is a 5 member board. The current members are:

Mobile Home Board Meetings
The Mobile Home Rent Review Board holds regular quarterly meetings the third Thursday of the month in February, May, August, and November. Meeting Agendas and Minutes are posted online.
