Friends of the Cornucopia Garden
The Volunteer Ventura! Program is looking for volunteers, ages 14 and older, to assist us in maintaining the City’s beloved Cornucopia Community Garden the 2nd Saturday of each month from 9:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. Community service hours are available to students and groups.
Volunteer duties may include, but are not limited to:
- Mulching
- Weeding
- Garden plot preparation
- Maintaining garden pathways
- General maintenance/labor
The Cornucopia Garden is located on Telephone Road between Johnson Drive and Ramelli Avenue. If you are interested in volunteering, please contact the Volunteer Ventura! Office at rornelas@cityofventura.net or 805-652-4555.
