January 31, 2012 Community Workshop Powerpoint presentation

A community workshop was held January 31, 2012 at the Montalvo Elementary School cafeteria at 6:30 pm. The workshop discussed the annexation of Montalvo area properties into the City of Ventura. Property owners in the affected area were mailed a notice announcing the community workshop.

The proposed annexation will affect services to property owners and residents in the Montalvo area for police, fire, trash, water, land use, and representation and community involvement. The proposed project would remove properties from the unincorporated area of Ventura County and annex them into the City of San Buenaventura.
