Victoria Avenue Corridor Plan
To achieve the 2005 General Plan design objectives for the Victoria Avenue area, City staff and design consultant, Freedman, Tung & Bottomley have worked with community members and decision-makers to develop policies, a streetscape plan and development code provisions, all found in the "working" draft Victoria Avenue Corridor Plan.

Click here to download the Interim Urgency Ordinance (March 2007). - pdf, 1.6mb. This ordinance requires a conditional use permit prior to construction, expansion or structural alteration of non-residential buildings of 50,000 square feet or more.
