Advanced Planning
Prepares, implements, and maintains the General Plan and associated documents such as specific plans and community plans that are used by citizens, local officials and agencies as the primary policy framework for City growth and development. Advanced Planning assists the community in meeting long-range land use, circulation, and public facilities needs, and by maintaining or enhancing quality of life for residents.
